Serve Your Church

KIDS_SUNDAY_SCHOOLHallelujah UMC has so many ways that you and your family can be involved in serving the Lord! Check out the list below and find the ministry you would like to be involved with!

Show God’s love by being part of the Welcome Team! We are always looking for smiling faces to welcome visitors to our church. There are opportunities to serve in the parking lot, at the doors, and at the information desk. For more information, contact the church office.

Direct people and serve during services to help make worship progress smoothly and reverently. If this sounds like something you would like to do, please talk to one of the pastors.

Beginning and ending the service by carrying the light of Jesus is something anyone age 8 and older is welcome to do. If this sounds like something you would like to do, please talk to one of the pastors.

You can be part of leading worship through our music groups! We have choirs, both for singing and for handbell playing, for all ages. In addition, if you can play a musical instruction, you are invited to serve God and the church through this talent. For more information, contact our music minister.

Hostesses in our church assist grieving families by providing meals and love during a difficult time. Contact the church office if you would like to get involved.

Prayer Shawls

If you enjoy knitting or crocheting, join our prayer shawl ministry team today. Begin using your talent to make lap robes, shawls, and other items prayed over and given to comfort those who are in the midst of a difficult time. Showing them that they are surrounded by our love and God’s love in a tangible way. Contact the church office for more information.

Prayer Care

This ministry writes letters, of encouragement, concern, and sympathy. If you would like to join this ministry, contact the church office for more information.
